I am married and have three adult children, and in my spare time, I play beach volleyball, try to catch a good movie with my family and attend church. Prior to joining UAII, I've worked in the healthcare sector for twenty-five-plus years. My experience includes working for non-profit mental health systems, hospital systems, health plans, medical groups, 988 national 24/7 crisis/suicide call centers, home health, assistance for adults & families, and substance abuse. I've managed complex technical projects, implementation, and environments for growing operations. I am a visionary and strategic planner incorporating cost-effective automation strategies into existing operations. Highly effective communication and relationship building, along with a track record of implementing strategic initiatives at the local, regional, and national levels. Developing strategic planning processes and leading high-performing customer service throughout organizations. Former Board Member for a healthcare software development company, Advisory Cloud Board Member, current HIMSS member, Microsoft Hospital Users' Group, and American College of Healthcare Executives. I am genuinely passionate about helping others, especially those who don’t have the same resources, services, and opportunities afforded to them as others.
