UAII Recruiting for Native American Diabetes Project

BY UAII

United American Indian Involvement (UAII) has partnered with the USC Keck School of Medicine and other community organizations to conduct a study focused on Native Americans living with diabetes. Our UAII Health Project is looking for people who are at least 18 years of age, live in Los Angeles County, and have been diagnosed with diabetes to participate in this project (see the full criteria in the flyer below).

Participants will also receive free healthy meals for 12 weeks from Project Angel Food and have the opportunity to meet other Native people living with diabetes.

To learn more about or sign up for this project, please contact Natalie Oseguera, UAII Health Educator for more information.
