Virgen Figueroa is a First -generation Cuban American and Human Resource professional who is passionate about helping people, building meaningful workplace relationships, and creating positive employee experiences.
A Graduate of California State University, Dominguez Hills, Virgen earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and a minor in Data Analytics. She is Also a SHRM – CP certified. She has built expertise in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Leave Administration while supporting employees and organizational leaders.
Outside of work, Virgen enjoys traveling, exploring nature, and experiencing different cultures through local cuisine. She loves discovering new Cultures through food and has found some of life’s best memories are made around a share meal.

We offer evidence-based and culturally appropriate programs for substance use, workforce development, elder services, and much more.
Since our founding, we’ve delivered programs that promote the growth and well-being of our youth while passing on our cultural knowledge and tribal values.
