Stephanie Allen BSN, PHN, RN

Stephanie Allen is a registered nurse with over a decade of healthcare experience, providing compassionate, culturally responsive care in support of community wellness. She is an enrolled member of the Wailacki Tribe of the Round Valley Indian Tribes and is deeply committed to improving health outcomes for Native and underserved populations.
Stephanie brings a strong background in clinical practice and healthcare leadership, with experience supporting clinical teams, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and advancing safe, accessible, and patient-centered care. Her work is grounded in a commitment to health equity and community-centered approaches to care.

As a Native healthcare leader, Stephanie is passionate about mentorship, leadership development, and building sustainable healthcare systems that honor Indigenous values and traditions. She is seeking to enroll in a Master’s program in Health Administration to further expand her leadership capacity and impact within healthcare systems.
Outside of her professional work, Stephanie is a devoted mother and values spending quality time with her children.
