Stacy McKay is a finance and grants management professional dedicated to strengthening organizations through responsible stewardship, transparency, and culturally responsive practices. She brings over 22 years of extensive experience supporting tribal government and native serving organizations that manage complex funding.

Stacy specializes in financial oversight, grant administration, and compliance for federal, state, and local funding sources. Her work includes multi-year budget development, grant monitoring, internal controls, audit preparation, and financial reporting. She is highly experienced in aligning financial systems with regulatory requirements while ensuring they remain practical and supportive of program goals. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Heritage University and Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Beyond her technical expertise, Stacy is an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation and is deeply committed to community-centered service delivery. She works closely with organizational leadership, program teams, and external partners to ensure financial and administrative systems honor community values, cultural integrity, and long-term sustainability. Her approach emphasizes collaboration, equity, and accountability, ensuring resources are used effectively to create meaningful and lasting impact.
