Stacy specializes in financial oversight, grant administration, and compliance for federal, state, and local funding sources. Her work includes multi-year budget development, grant monitoring, internal controls, audit preparation, and financial reporting. She is highly experienced in aligning financial systems with regulatory requirements while ensuring they remain practical and supportive of program goals. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Heritage University and Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Beyond her technical expertise, Stacy is an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation and is deeply committed to community-centered service delivery.
