Molly Ankiewicz, BSN, RN

Public Health Nurse

Molly Ankiewicz is a versatile and compassionate Registered Nurse with 4 years of progressive experience in acute care and public health, and 13 years of experience in healthcare technology. She is currently serving as the Public Health Nurse for the Reducing Sexually Transmitted Infections for American Indians/Alaskan Natives grant at UAII.

Molly holds a bachelor’s degree in both biomedical engineering and nursing. After completing her accelerated nursing program, she worked as an acute care RN at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Massachusetts, serving time on the medical/surgical, telemetry, step-down, and emergency units. Since moving to Los Angeles, she has enjoyed working in the public health and preventative care space and has strived to provide culturally informed care to the Native community which she serves. Her expertise includes care coordination, interdisciplinary collaboration, and client empowerment with a focus on improving outcomes through education and proactive interventions.

When not at work, Molly enjoys reading, taking yoga classes, and exploring southern California.
