Jeana brings more than 30 years of experience working in both nonprofit and corporate childcare settings, offering a well-rounded perspective on program leadership, compliance, and quality care. She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Behavioral Science and a California Site Supervisor Permit issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing, providing a strong foundation in child development, supervision, and operational oversight.
Throughout her career, Jeana has served in leadership roles including childcare director, resident camp director, and youth and government advisor. She is highly knowledgeable in Title 22 regulations, Early Head Start requirements, and grant-funded programming, with extensive experience supporting compliance, program development, and continuous quality improvement.
Jeana is known for building safe, inclusive work cultures and strong, engaged teams. She is exceptionally resourceful and creative, with a deep commitment to connecting families and staff to the resources they need to be successful.
At the heart of her work is a genuine love for people and the community. Jeana is a compassionate leader, a mother of six, and a grandmother of four-roles that shape her values and reinforce her dedication to service, empathy, and family-centered care.
