Erin Espinosa

Interim Co-Program Manager of Workforce Development

Erin Espinosa serves as a Workforce Manager at UAII, providing technical support to Workforce Services (WFS) and case management teams. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the program, including management, enrollment, case management, reporting, and overall program coordination, ensuring services are delivered effectively and in alignment with program requirements.

Erin is Kumeyaay from San Pasqual and has had the honor of working with the Los Angeles Native community for over nine years, supporting and uplifting community members through culturally grounded services. Her professional experience includes training and development, case management, substance use disorder (SUD) support, and social services, all delivered through a strengths-based, community-centered approach.
