Darlene brings a strong foundation in education, human development, and family engagement to her leadership role. With a master’s degree in child development and a background in early childhood and family services, she has developed a holistic understanding of community needs and the ability to design programs that foster connection, growth, and empowerment.

Throughout her career, Darlene has been dedicated to creating inclusive environments where individuals and organizations collaborate to make a lasting difference. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships, supporting innovative programming, and advancing initiatives that strengthen the overall well-being of the communities she serves.
