Andrew serves as UAII’s Maintenance Manager and has been a trusted member of the organization for over four years. He is responsible for overseeing daily facilities operations, including building maintenance, safety protocols, space readiness, vendor coordination, and ongoing upkeep of UAII’s sites to ensure they remain safe, functional, and welcoming for staff, programs, and community members. His work plays a critical role in supporting uninterrupted service delivery across the organization.
Andrew is a Northern Traditional dancer from the Oglala Sioux Lakota Nation, and he approaches his role with cultural responsibility and care. In addition to his operational leadership, he is a flute player, artist, and master baker, bringing creativity and tradition into the workplace. Widely regarded as the heart of UAII, Andrew offers prayers for the building and its people, helping ground UAII’s spaces in respect, balance, and community well-being.
