Andrea Wynn

Director of Human Resources

Andrea Wynn is a proud member of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians of Oregon, with ancestral roots to the Shasta, Klamath, and Applegate Rogue River peoples. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Andrea has lived in Los Angeles since 2002, drawn by the vibrant big city life and sunshine. Andrea is honored to contribute her time and expertise to the Native community as a Board Member for United American Indian Involvement (UAII).

Andrea brings over 20 years of experience as a human resources professional, specializing in strategic HR consulting, compliance, and employment law. She currently supports organizations in aligning people strategies with business objectives while mitigating risk and promoting best practices. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Portland State University and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix.

Her path of reconnecting with Native traditions has deepened in recent years—she has embraced pow wow dancing as a traditional jingle dress dancer and enjoys traveling to attend pow wows and engage with other tribes. She also remains closely connected to her family in Oregon and Washington and is a proud auntie.

Andrea is passionate about supporting the important work being done to strengthen Native voices and communities.
